To deliver exactly what you asked for: the challenge emails you signed up for, the product you bought, the application you submitted. If you join a list, every email includes an unsubscribe link that works. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone, and we don't share it for marketing purposes.
Only with the services that make the business run — NMI (payments), Skool (community), our email provider (the emails you requested), and shipping carriers (physical Journals) — and, where required, with authorities when the law compels it or fraud prevention demands it.
What you share in 1:1 coaching stays in coaching. Application answers and session content are never used publicly — including as testimonials — without your explicit written permission.
Email support@famleeenterprises.com anytime to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days except for records the law requires us to keep (like purchase records for tax purposes).
Personal information is accessible only to the people who need it to deliver what you purchased, and payment processing is fully delegated to our PCI-compliant gateway, NMI — card data is never stored on our systems.
Our programs are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Updates will be posted on this page with a new date and apply going forward, not retroactively.
