Refund Policy

Every product states exactly what it delivers before you pay, and we hold ourselves to that description. Here is what's refundable, by product. To request any refund, email support@famleeenterprises.com from your purchase email — you'll get a reply within 2 business days.

The Reignition Journal — $30

• Physical: returnable within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund. It must arrive back in resalable condition; return shipping is yours, original shipping isn't refundable. Damaged or lost in transit? Skip all that — we replace it free.
• PDF: non-refundable once downloaded. It's delivered instantly and can't be returned.

The Reignition Circle — $47/month

Cancel anytime; you keep access through the end of the paid month and won't be billed again. No partial-month refunds. Your first month unhappy for any reason? Email within the first 14 days of your first billing and we'll refund it in full.

The Reignition Blueprint — $297

14-day guarantee: if you've completed less than half the course and it isn't what its page promised, email within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, or once more than half the course is consumed, the purchase is final. (The included Journal PDF follows the course, not the PDF rule above.)

Coaching — Sprint, Year, Private

• Before Day 1: fully refundable, minus any payment-processing fee we can't recover.
• After Day 1: governed by the client agreement you sign at intake. As a default: completed sessions and elapsed program weeks are non-refundable; if you withdraw mid-program, unused full sessions may be refunded pro-rata at Brandon's discretion. Coaching time is inventory — a reserved spot is a delivered cost.
• Financed plans: withdrawing does not cancel payments already due for elapsed program time, and finance fees already charged are non-refundable.

The Reignition Mastermind — $497/month

Same as the Circle: cancel anytime, effective end of the billing period, no partial-month refunds.

What we don't refund

Change of mind after the windows above; results that depend on work not done; and free products (the Ignition Point costs nothing and owes nothing). If an item matches its description and was delivered as promised, delivery is complete.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us first — we resolve almost everything faster than a dispute does. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in removal from programs and communities.
