These Terms govern your use of famleeenterprises.com and your purchase of any FamLee Enterprises product or program. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't purchase.
FamLee Enterprises, LLC ("we," "us") offers: a free 3-day challenge (The Ignition Point); a physical and digital workbook (The Reignition Journal); a monthly membership community (The Reignition Circle); a self-paced online course (The Reignition Blueprint); and 1:1 coaching programs (The Reignition Sprint, Year, Private, and Mastermind). Each program's contents, duration, and price are stated on its page at the time of purchase, and that description is the complete promise — nothing beyond it is implied.
All payments are processed by NMI, our payment gateway (or the platform hosting the program, such as Skool for the Circle). We never store your full card number on our systems. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at purchase; access to digital products and communities begins only after payment clears. If a payment fails or is reversed, related access may be suspended until it's resolved.
The Sprint, the Year, and Private begin with an application and a signed client agreement that supplements these Terms. Coaching is scheduled 1:1 time; sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Sessions missed without notice count as delivered. Program timelines (90 days or 12 months) run from Day 1 as scheduled at intake.
Our programs are personal and professional development coaching and education. They are not therapy, counseling, medical care, financial advice, or legal advice, and no part of any program should be treated as a substitute for those services from licensed providers. You are responsible for your own decisions and their consequences. We make no guarantee of specific results, income, or outcomes — the methodology works when you do, and your results depend on your own action.
Course materials, the Journal, workbooks, videos, frameworks (including the Irreversible Decision Protocol), and community content are licensed to you for personal use, not sold. "Lifetime access" means the lifetime of the program. You may not copy, share, resell, or teach from our materials without written permission. Accounts and logins are for one person.
Physical Journals ship within the U.S. in 3–5 business days; shipping cost is shown at checkout. If your Journal arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email us and we'll send a replacement at no charge. International orders may carry additional shipping charges shown before you pay.

The Circle and Mastermind exist for accountability, not promotion. We may remove members who harass others, spam, pitch, or share other members' private information — with a prorated refund of any prepaid period only when removal wasn't for misconduct.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or program is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make and actions you take during or after a program.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Before any formal action, you agree to contact us at support@famleeenterprises.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue in good faith — most things settle with one honest email.
We may update these Terms; changes apply going forward and will be posted on this page with a new date. The version in effect when you purchased governs that purchase.
